Sweet and Sour Pork
  1. Take Linley Valley Pork Collar and cut into equal size cubes.
  2. Prepare a sesame oil marinade with pepper, garlic salt and five spice powder
  3. Remove from the marinate and dust with cornflour.
  4. Prepare wok with a heated butter. Add salted egg yolk and fry till golden brown.
  5. Prepare sour sauce combining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.
  6. Drizzle across Sweet Pork Cubes, red and green capsicums and pineapple.
  7. Serve in hollowed out pineapple for a real impact!
